Sonic Temple Art & Music Festival – Our games are committed to making events accessible to all. This game is played outdoors. There are sometimes large gaps between the parking areas, the campsite and the steps. Campgrounds and playgrounds are a mix of concrete, asphalt and natural terrain. There is an elevated viewing area on the main steps for those with limited mobility. An Access Center with professionally trained staff will be set up next to the information center at the entrance of the festival to assist at the event who will answer all questions, provide stage viewing wristbands and provide other services listed below.

When you enter the stadium, visit the reception area to receive a wristband that allows access to a designated viewing area. All the fun of the festival is welcome or VIP, without the need to buy a ticket is available. Viewpoints are available in GA sections.

A wristband does not guarantee a seat in these areas and is to show the festival staff that a friend and a helper are eligible to enter the visually accessible or deaf and hard of hearing areas. Sonic Temple is a general admission event with no assigned seating and lawn seating is not permitted due to restrictions. Exceptions can only be made for medical reasons. Please email access@ to make this request.

Deaf/Non-Deaf fans can request a Deaf/HoH wristband at the Admissions Center. This wristband indicates to festival staff that the parent and companion are eligible to enter the ASL checkpoints. The Accessibility Wristband is not adjustable.

If you would like to request an ASL interpreter, we will have an ASL request form near the event. Please make your requests as soon as possible so that our ASL interpreters can be better prepared. The ASL Interpreter Application Form closes one month prior to the performance. Note: We do our best to prepare all ASL requests, once the request is made, it is easy for us to accept. Note, all translator requests are not guaranteed and subject to change.

The park is wheelchair accessible but is a large area with plenty of space between activities and attractions. Another walk is over a natural area and an area designed for motorized vehicles. If it rains, it can become muddy. Please be safe, we have staff at the Accessibility Center to guide you to the best way to access channels, platforms and activation.

The game does not offer self-care, golf cart rides or push services at the game site and does not have any wheelchairs to rent or borrow. Wheelchairs, electric wheelchairs and three or four wheeled scooters are permitted for use by fans with mobility impairments only. Please note that for safety reasons, visitors may not use personal golf carts, mobility scooters, two-wheelers, or motorized devices that go faster than walking speed.

We do not support pets being misrepresented by their owners as service animals. Please leave your pet at home.

A ‘service animal’ is defined as “any dog ​​trained exclusively to work or perform tasks to assist a disabled person. The work or tasks performed by the service animal must be related to the handler’s disability.”

Emotional support, therapy animals, or comfort animals are not considered service animals under the ADA and therefore are not permitted on-site at our events.

When you enter the security checkpoint, you must inform the staff that they must call the ADA on the radio to register your service animal. All service animals must be checked by our access staff and issued the appropriate documents before entering the premises. This process is handled quickly and courteously by the staff available. Security/staff will be on duty to ensure that all animals are properly identified with collar tags.

There is special ADA parking in the regular and priority parking areas. Vehicles need their advanced parking permit and a state-issued ADA placard or driver’s license to park in these designated ADA spaces in multiple and advanced parking lots. These websites are first come first served.
