Multistory Bursaries For Sandwell Artists
We understand that this award may only support one aspect of a project, such as R&D or materials. That said, we’re interested in learning about the overall project rather than how you spent the money.
Scholarships are only available to artists with an Artist or Artist Plus membership. If the artists are applying as a partnership or collective, then at least one of them must have an Artist or Artist Plus subscription.
Applications are accepted for a range of practices including drawing, painting, sculpture, printmaking, photography, film, video, applied art, live art, social art, etc. Send a message to inquire if you’re not sure if you qualify.
Young People, Children, And Education Bursary Award
The funds can be used for the creation of new jobs, costs related to research and development or the purchase of goods.
Unfortunately, we currently cannot support apps that only do artistic or creative writing. This includes music and theater. Applications incorporating these media within the context of contemporary art will be considered.
The application deadline is 31 March 2023. A decision will be made by the end of April 2023 and all applicants will be informed of the outcome.
Highland, Islands And Moray Artists And Craftsmakers Eligible For Creative Scotland Bursary
As this scholarship is for the preservation of artistic work, there is no need for a specific scholarship result. However, if successful applicants are interested, we can support them to make the next article on the website about any results they have produced using the scholarship.
Each award will be made in full upon receipt of an invoice by the artist upon acceptance.
Previous applicants can reapply, but previous winners are not eligible to apply for 12 months after being awarded, e.g. Artists selected in July can apply again from the following August.
